Many small and mid sized businesses lack the internal resources or expertise to execute a strategic marketing plan.
Core Marketing Strategies provides on-going marketing execution support for those organizations that are not able to consistently execute on their own, and who don’t want to hire, train and manage a junior level marketing coordinator. In effect, Core Marketing Strategies becomes the outsourced marketing organization, taking full responsibility for on-going execution of the strategic marketing plan.
In this arrangement, Core becomes part of the executive management team, providing on-going execution support, results measurement and tracking, refinement of marketing strategies and tactics based on results, and on-going advisement.
Specifically, Core Marketing Strategies performs the following functions in an outsourced marketing arrangement:
- Development of all Marketing and Sales Tools. This includes, but is not limited to, web site development, sales tools such as proposals or product specification sheets, webinars, advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, etc. This eliminates the need for businesses to find and manage third party resources to develop these tools.
- Full responsibility for the On-Going Execution of the Strategic Marketing Plan. This includes, but is not limited to, management of all direct mail and email distribution to target prospects, preparation for trade shows, placing ads in pre-determined publications, newsletter or e-bulletin distribution, etc.
- Measurement of all marketing activities. Tracking the results of all marketing activities provides insight into what’s working or not working. Based on this insight, refinements are made to the marketing plan or to the specific tactics. By closely monitoring results and being proactive, return on marketing investment is optimized.
- On-Going Advisement. By becoming part of the executive team, Core Marketing Strategies can provide strategic advisement on any matters related to marketing and sales. This advice can be for issues such as whether to target new geographical areas, introducing new products or services, or whether to hire additional sales people.
- Maintaining the Marketing Plan: Core Marketing Strategies takes full responsibility for maintaining the marketing plan. This includes regular review with the client organization, and refinement based on insight gained from tracking results. This ensures that the marketing plan is "living and breathing", and not simply a document that sits on the shelf and collects dust.
